What IVRReady checks

Amazon Connect, Webex, and NICE use strict canonical upload profiles. Genesys accepts a documented WAV matrix. Talkdesk accepts MP3 or WAV greetings, while IVRReady currently covers its WAV path. Twilio Media Streams is a different delivery family: IVRReady extracts headerless 8 kHz mono μ-law media and creates a base64 message template for a developer’s bidirectional stream. Vendor acceptance, canonical state, delivery, and QA remain separate facts.
