IVRReady is a browser-local preflight and packaging tool for professional IVR audio prompts.

IVRReady validates files against the documented prompt format requirements of the supported contact-center platforms — Amazon Connect, Webex Contact Center, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud Architect, and the Talkdesk Greetings WAV workflow. It also prepares raw μ-law media and message templates for audio sent from an application to a Twilio bidirectional Media Stream. Corrected packages are available when a source layout has been verified with the local FFmpeg engine. Vendor-accepted Talkdesk WAV greetings remain exact copies.

IVRReady is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Amazon/AWS, Cisco/Webex, NICE, Genesys, Talkdesk, Twilio, or any other vendor, and it is not a deployment or streaming service.
