Selected audio workflow

IVRReady processes selected audio on your device. It does not send recordings, filenames, folder paths, audio-derived QA metrics, generated outputs, or package manifests to IVRReady for media processing. There is no media upload API.

Website delivery

Normal website requests still occur. The application, route assets, and versioned FFmpeg engine files are delivered from the IVRReady website. Those static requests are separate from the selected-audio workflow and do not contain your media or file-associated metadata.

No account

No account is required and there is no sign-in. Only lightweight quality-check preferences may be stored in your browser. Selected audio, decoded samples, workspace artifacts, and generated packages are not persisted by IVRReady.

Optional contact form

The contact form is a separate, explicit network feature. If you submit it, the name and email you choose to provide and your message are sent to the Supabase service used to receive feedback. IVRReady does not intentionally store your browser user-agent in the feedback row. As with any web request, the service and hosting providers may receive ordinary connection metadata needed to deliver and protect the service. The contact form cannot access your selected audio, workspace, manifest, or package contents.
